Meet Circular Change

Meta Pezdir

Meta Pezdir creates content, moderates workshops, and manages circular projects at Circular Change Institute. Currently, she is acting as one of the PSLifestyle project leads in Slovenia. Prior to joining the Circular Change team, she worked as a business consultant at Deloitte and Cedars, where she mostly worked on sustainability-related topics. Meta holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije University, where she researched the social impact of social enterprises. She is also a Global Shaper (WEF initiative), a trained teacher of CoRT 1-4 methods by de Bono, and a curator of the Raz(no)glednice project (an initiative that promotes creative writing of short stories on postcards). She loves hiking and dancing Cuban salsa.

Ladeja Godina Košir

Ladeja is the Founder & Director of Circular Change and the Co-Chair of the ECESP in Brussels. She is an internationally renowned expert for circular economy (CE), speaker, lecturer and co-creator of international CE events and is a member of international CE councils and juries. She is a co-author of the Roadmap towards the CE in Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Chile. She collaborates with CE teams from the Nordic states to Latin America, is active in several think-thanks, contributes to scientific publications and has been visiting professor in Japan. In PSLifestyle she orchestratea stakeholder engagement, contributes to the shaping of the communication strategy and promotion of the project globally. She is also a member of the PSL Executive Board. Ladeja was the finalist of The Circular Leadership Award 2018 (Davos WEF) and in 2020 featured as #EUwomen4future by EU Commission. Her 3 kids are the greatest source of inspiration. Sea & sailing is where she recharges. Friends are her most valuable asset.
